Now, our latest president has decided to reduce funding, Eventually leading to the total dismantling of the Program. Is there a moment when voters of all ilks, Realize that frivolously trimming expenses in a budget Are not justified in an enlightened and caring society, Concerned about nurturing young children To be better, more informed, thinking citizens?
