Our administration's war with Iran has now shifted
Iran's power to the control of the Hormuz Strait.
Ships which once could pass through freely,
Are blocked with vital cargoes of goods, oil, and fertilizers.
The former agreement which accomplished much, now lost.
Attempting to outdo the other party through annihilation,
And not considering the good points of the other side,
Makes our Nation ever-weaker in union.
The greater question concerning this vital situation,
Is which other belligerents will close additional vital waterways,
To gain superfluous ephemeral power?
