Our National Reflecting Pool received a new $14-million sealant. For whatever reason, the sealant started to 'unseal' and float up. One of our Olympian Heroes, passing by, touched it and examined its detachment. He is accused of vandalism and faces indictment for a possible ten year prison term. This is obviously a way to redirect blame for stupidity and ignorance Onto an innocent, empirical citizen.
