A years-long drought-ridden California is suddenly flooded. So many days and weeks receiving the bounty Of atmospheric rivers streaming over the State. All those prayers for rain were answered with a plethora! Does this show that prayers are powerfully answered from above, Or that there is uncontrollable randomness In what we wish might be an orderly world?
